Why this, why now

Inclusion doesn’t happen by accident.

This programme helps participants identify and challenge unconscious bias, question stereotypes, and use inclusive practices in their everyday work. Sessions are designed to equip teams with the knowledge, tools and confidence to make inclusion an intentional part of their culture — not a one-off box to tick.

Why we deliver this training

Inclusion starts with awareness, and grows through action.

Dialogue Fosters is a Community Interest Company. We help schools, community organisations, local councils and employers build settings where equality is practised, diversity is celebrated and everyone really belongs. As a CIC, any surplus is reinvested into our mission.

What your people will gain

By the end of the course, participants can:

  • Recognise and challenge unconscious bias in everyday practice
  • Use inclusive language and communication that affirms every identity
  • Engage confidently with representation, equality and intersectionality
  • Design and support inclusive, equitable environments
  • Build cultural competence to engage across differences
  • Turn awareness into intentional, everyday inclusive action
