At Dialogue Fosters, we recognise the capacity of stories to move across divisions and construct a sense of understanding between communities.
Our organisation gathers together migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers to share their lived experiences through storytelling, creativity, and collective engagement. By showcasing these voices, we counter stereotypes, encourage empathy, and construct spaces to dialogue and connect.
In addition to the storytelling, we partner with educators, community organisations, and policymakers to develop inclusive practices and engage in evidence-based practices around migration and diversity.
Through training, research, and community-driven programs, Dialogue Fosters builds the underpinnings of equality, belonging, and intercultural understanding – ensuring that everyone is heard and every story matters.
